In another blow to Timeshare Exit Team and other exit companies, a federal judge in the Middle District of Florida, Orlando Division, has denied the defendant’s attempted motion to dismiss the lawsuits brought against them by Wyndham Vacation Ownership (WVO).

Robert Clements of The American Resort Development Association believes the ruling by the judge was meant to send a clear message – “Many exit companies are blatantly misleading consumers through false advertising and their failure to deliver on their promises.”
