Thank you to the Arkansas Attorney General for their press release.

Arkansas Attorney General Leslie Rutledge and her office recently filed a consumer protection lawsuit against another timeshare exit company for alleged violations of the Arkansas Deceptive Trade Practices Act.  In their crosshairs are Bentonville company Real Travel, LLC and its owners Brian Scroggs and Bart Bowe.

Alleged in the lawsuit are a dozen complaints from consumers who allege deceit and high-pressure sales tactics that failed to produce services promised.  The lawsuit alleges damages in the amount of $136,310.

At The Abrams Firm our Timeshare Cancellationprocess is different.  We are a law firm of consumer protection attorneys – not salespeople. Timeshare divestment is what we do and we offer two options depending on the resort.  For a majority of resorts our firm can provide divestment on a 100% contingent fee basis.  You don’t pay us 1 penny until we achieve our mutual goal.

There are occasions with certain resorts that litigation is the only option.  Those resorts do not offer legitimate divestment.  You can see some of those resorts on our website under the litigation page.  In those instances, the Firm’s Litigation Team offers a low-cost flat rate fee that includes all attorney fees through a trial, if necessary.  You won’t pay any attorney fees than what we post on our website.  Our firm is transparent with our costs.

Call us today for your free consultation with one of our consumer protection attorneys.
